Usage Instructions:
- Pre-styling: Reuzel Blue can be either applied to damp or dry hair. It creates little shine when applied to dry hair and more shine when applied to damp hair. Barbaard recommends you to blow dry and apply Red Reuzel to dry hair, after you can add a little water to make styling and combing easier.
